Eligibility for 2025 Karnataka PGCET Exam

  • The candidate should be a citizen of India.
  • Candidates from other states are not eligible for a reservation even though they can apply for the Karnataka PGCET exam.

MBA Courses

For MBA courses, the eligibility to apply for PGCET MBA is different for both full-time as well as part-time MBA

  • Should have a score of 50% is necessary to apply. For SC/ST, a minimum score of 45% is required.
  • Candidates should have Mathematics at 10+2 or Mathematics and computer science-related subjects in graduation.

ME/M. Tech/M. Arch Courses

Candidates who want to do post graduation in engineering can choose among ME, M. Arch or M. Tech PGCET exams. The eligibility criteria is given below,

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate from a recognised college
  • Candidates must have a minimum score of 50%. A score of 45% is necessary for those coming under SC/ST.
  • Must have a valid GATE exam score to be eligible to apply

Applying for Karnataka PGCET 2025

The applications for Karnataka PGCET are accepted by KEA through the online process only. Candidates can follow the below steps while filling the application.

  1. Visit the official website of KEA (https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/)
  2. Click on “Admissions” drop down and choose PGCET 2025 link
  3. Enter your details and generate the login ID and password
  4. Login with the new credentials and get access to the application form.
